We ship items out as soon as possible, but this will not always be the same days as you order. In general please add 1-2 business days to allow processing time. If we anticipate a longer lead time, it will be noted in the item description. If you have any question about the lead time on a specific item please contact us on our provided contact methods with your questions.
You should receive an email confirming your order shortly after you’ve placed it. If you don’t receive the email, please check your spam or junk folder and see if you can locate it. This is especially important because, if you haven’t received the order confirmation email, you also won’t receive the email with your shipment notification and tracking information.
If you are offered insurance but don’t accept it, we cannot be held responsible for damaged, lost or stolen packages.
You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
If you wish to return or exchange any portion of your online order use support option in action tab available in orders section in-case of registered customer. Otherwise registered and guest customers can request to initiate a return by contacting with our provided contact methods to confirm that your product is eligible for return. We will explain to you the return procedure.
Orders cannot be cancelled or amended after the Order is confirmed.
Company or the seller (as the case may be) reserves the right to accept or cancel orders for any reason. You agree not to dispute the decision made by seller(s) and accept seller’s decision regarding the cancellation. Seller(s) also reserve the right to cancel your order in case of:
Sellers may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. Sellers will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your payment has been debited,, the said amount will be returned back at your Issuing bank from where the transaction was made.
Refund process begins after we have completed Quality Check on your returned product. The quality check process may take 1 to 2 days from the date we receive the returned item. We will notify you of the result as soon as the quality check is complete.
As a refund, you can either claim a store credit Refund Voucher of the amount you had paid for your returned item or you could ask for a complete cash refund. In case of a store credit voucher, you can use the store credit voucher for a new purchase on the website subtracting that amount from the new total. In case of a cash refund, the refund based on the amount will either be refunded via an online bank transfer into your bank account, or via a cheque mailed to your address.
In case of credit card payments, refund can either be claimed as a store credit Refund Voucher or via transaction reversal.
